How do I find a product I'm looking for?

There is a search button on the store’s homepage. If you are looking for a certain product, type in its name, or as much of it as you can remember, in the search box. If looking for a specific topic or category, type in a key word or words in the search box. ie: Bibles. The search will pull up all items that match the words you keyed.


How do I place an order?

Shopping at Christianity Today has been designed to be fun and easy! Click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to the item(s) that you want to purchase. The item will then be added to your shopping cart where you can select quantity. At this point you can always go back to shopping by clicking the "Keep Shopping" button.

When you have everything in your shopping cart that you plan to purchase, proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Check Out" button. Complete the order form and be sure to fill out all the information correctly. You will know that you have correctly completed the order process when you receive a confirmation email.


Can I order by phone?

To place an order by phone, call 1-800-806-7798. Or to order the Preaching Today Audio Series, call 1-800-806-7796. Please be prepared to pay with your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. You will need to have the offer code handy as well. The offer code is located next to the "Add to Shopping Cart" button and usually starts with "Z2A01_" and ends with the product’s unique code.


Can I ship my order to a P.O. box?

As long as you choose the USPS First Class mail option, your order can be shipped to a P.O. box. Federal Express Ground, however, will not ship to P.O. boxes.


Who do I contact with questions about my order?

If you have a question about an order you placed (i.e. you are wondering when it will be received, why it hasn’t been received yet, how to return an unwanted order, etc.) please call our customer service department at 1-800-806-7798. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

S&H charges vary for domestic, Canadian, and international orders. Orders being shipped to addresses within the U.S. will ship USPS for all orders.

*Preaching Today Audio Series is a subscription and no additional shipping or handling fees are added. In addition, it's shipped via U.S. mail. Sorry, no exceptions can be made.

How long will it take to get my order?

Domestic US orders: Ship via USPS and should be received within 2-3 weeks, although they will often arrive earlier depending on the time of year.

Canadian orders: Ship via USPS and should be received within 2-3 weeks.

International orders: Ship via DHL Airmail and should be received within 4-6 weeks. Countries such as Australia and New Zealand may be at the higher end of the scale.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your selection or if it is somehow defective, you should return it within 60 days along with a written explanation of why you are returning it. You may choose to have a defective or unwanted item replaced for a new one, substitute the product for another product of equal or lesser value, or receive a refund for the purchase price of the product (excludes shipping & handling charges).

This policy does not apply to audio cassettes, CD's, or DVD's. There will be no refunds or exchanges for audio cassettes, CD's, or DVD's. Damaged audio cassettes, CD's, and DVD's (not due to customer misuse) will be exchanged for an exact replacement when returned within 60 days and are accompanied by a written explanation of the problem.
